Pakistani Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Sidhu has been awarded the Bahrain Medal First Class by the Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain. The honor was presented to him at the Sakher Air Base in Bahrain, acknowledging his outstanding efforts to enhance military and defense cooperation between brotherly nations.
The ceremony was attended by senior civil and military leadership from Bahrain. Air Chief Marshal Sidhu expressed his gratitude to the Bahraini leadership for the award.
During the Bahrain International Airshow, Air Chief Marshal Sidhu also met with Lieutenant General Derek France, Commander of the U.S. Air Force Central Command, where both reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two strategic partners.
The Central Command Commander praised Pakistan's efforts in promoting regional peace. The Pakistan Air Force's JF-17 Block III fighter jet also participated in the airshow, which was commended by the Bahraini monarch
